We talked to their founder and CEO, Thej Kolla, on their experience transitioning to ELDs and how it has impacted their trucking business.
The Problem
Prior to starting Thinkbox, Thej was working as an operations manager at a larger fleet that was using KeepTruckin as their ELD provider. While there were many issues that his fleet had experienced with KeepTruckin from a usability standpoint, he was not in a position to influence a decision to switch their fleet over to a different ELD.
However, throughout his time as the operations manager, he had gotten to know the Switchboard team through our outreach to them, and had a few opportunities to see the Switchboard ELD and fleet management app in action.
The Solution
Fast forward to this past summer, as soon as he left the company and started Thinkbox, Thej immediately decided to onboard Switchboard as their go-to ELD solution.
